Your Website Ready In 5 Easy Steps
Before our Rapid Deploy Technology can get to work, we will need some information about your business and company. But don't fret, as we've made these steps really simple.
Step 1. Select Your Template
The crux of any website, the web design is your customer's first visual touch point with your brand.
So, it has to impress, or else.
With our going list of templates, we aim to provide you with a design layout that best represents your company.
Simply browse through our various template layouts and once you found a design you like, just click on the "Deploy This Theme" button.
Our system will record your preferred layout and get it ready while you quickly complete your registration.
Note: Specialised templates are priced at a higher rate
Step 2. Choose Your Domain Name
Every website needs a domain name. Think of it as a digital address for your business.
Just as no two physical address are the same, your domain name is unique to your business.
Our package allows you to use an existing domain name or yours, simply point the name server to us and we'll take care of the rest.
Don't have a domain name yet? Not an issue as we provide an optional 1 year complementary domain name with our package. (Valued at $15 a year)
Note: Domain names are limited to .com, .net, and .org TLDs.
Step 3. Fill In Your Business Details
Naturally we will need some information about your business for our Rapid Deploy Technology to create and personalise the website for you.
Thankfully, we've prepared a simple form that will only take you about a couple of minutes to fill up.
Once that is done, our system will generate a content personalised to your business for each page.
And if you would like to change some of this information in the future, our Content Management System has you covered. You'll find a similar form in your admin dashboard area.
Note: We've included training videos for clients to learn how to manage their sites.
Optional Step. Select A Writing Voice [Coming Soon]
Given that your business may have a preferred style of writing or what we call a writing voice, we've included an optional step where you can select your preferred writing voice.
Our content pack comes in the three common writing style - formal writing, semi-professional, and casual.
This gives you the option to have content matching your brand image and identity.
Note: The default writing style is currently set for semi-professional.
Step 4. Complete Registration
Once we've gotten your information in our system, we will just need you to complete your registration so our system can get started.
To make things simple for you, we're also including a complementary 1-year web hosting package for all deployed websites. (Valued and Renewed at $168 a year)
After a year, you can choose to continue with us on a yearly basis or migrate your website to a hosting plan of your choice.
Note: To make our online transactions simple, we use Paypal and Stripe.
Step 5. Go Live With Your Website
With your registration completed, just sit back and let our Rapid Deploy Technology get to work.
Within a few minutes you should receive a couple of emails with your invoice, cpanel login details, and most importantly, your website login details.
We'll also send you a link to access our inhouse training videos should you want to edit your business information, the content, or even the images and further personalise your website.
