Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Have a question about our Rapid Deploy Technology?

So have others. We've compiled a list of commonly asked questions below.

Will your website package work for my business?

Our websites are carefully designed to be minimalist yet professional focusing on the 3 key pages most businesses will need.

We have also included several industry specific design templates for featured niches and industries.

We're continuously adding in more templates to better serve a wider range of businesses and needs. Do let us know if you have a specific request and we'll work to include them at the earliest possible dates.

Will you be including specialised websites?

We have some plans in the pipeline to include specialised websites for agents (both insurance and real estate), F&B and cafes, and also a property listing template.

However, they're still in the pipeline and we can't estimate when these templates will be available.

What if I require more than 3 pages?

The great thing about our platform is that it provides you with flexibility to make changes to your website.

We've included a premium page builder plugin that allows you to easily change and edit the content on the pages.

Best of all, because of the system, you can also add as many pages as you like. So, our 3-pages are there to give you the foundation you need to grow and further personalise your website to best represent your business and company.

However, if you prefer for a professional to help you set up your page, do let us know when you're making your purchase. We'll schedule for a web specialist to liaise with you and help you build the additional pages. (Do note that applicable custom design and development charges will apply)

Can I edit my content once the site is live?

Yes you can.

With the dashboard set up, you'll receive a user login in your email with the url to login to your website dashboard.

We've included a tab that has the same fields you first configured to make it easy to make changes on a global level.

Should you wish to edit more of the content, you can use the premium page builder plugin we included in the website to make any changes you desire, including the design and layout.

For your reference, we've included videos teaching you how to make these changes within the members area.

Are there available grants I can tap on?

One of our main agenda is to keep our websites as affordable as possible for clients. That's why we've kept most templates with personalised content below a thousand dollars so it is affordable for most small business owners and freelancers.

At the same time, we're not grant specialists and can't advise on the list of government funding or grants available. We do recommend speaking with a Grant Consultant for more information.

Do I need my own domain name?

When it comes to websites, you'll always need a domain name. Think of it as a digital address for your customers to find you on the internet.

But even if you don't already have a domain name, you'll be glad to know our package includes a complementary one-year domain name for .com, .net, and .org TLDs.

If you prefer to use your existing domain name, just select that option.

Are your websites SEO-friendly?

While the site is indeed SEO-friendly, it is not completely optimised for SEO as every industry and keyword is unique.

This does mean you'll need a proper SEO plan and strategy to rank your website highly on the search engines.

If you require assistance on SEO or any other online marketing strategies, do contact us and we'll get a member from our online specialist team to arrange an appointment with you.

How does your system compare to programs like Wix and Shopify?

Just as Wix and Shopify has a dashboard for you to edit your content, we're using WordPress to power up the site.

The main difference is, Wix and Shopify are subscription model software where you're using their app and system to power your website. This means they reserve the right to terminate your account should you breach any of their terms of use.

Instead with an open source website, you're solely responsible for the content you upload and only you can decide when to terminate your account.

What is WordPress?

WordPress is an open sourced Content Management System (CMS) that is currently powering over 30% of websites on the internet.

It provides users with a dashboard that makes it easy to manage and update your website.

As developers, we've gone one step further by customising this platform to provide you with the beautiful themes and designs to suit your business needs.

Do you provide customised web solutions?

The goal of our Rapid Deploy Technology is to help business owners get a professional looking website up fast and almost hassle-free.

Unfortunately, that does mean using some standardised templates and layouts.

Should you require a more customised solution, at Yellow Pages Singularity, we have a department focusing on providing clients with custom design and developed website solutions.

Just drop us a message and we'll get a member from our online specialist team to contact you.
